How do our clients view the impact of disruptive technology such as social media, the Internet, cloud computing, big data and automation, on markets, business models and internal processes? What do they think about the speed of change and how it performs different functions in the companies, and which are the most important internal barriers to successful transformation? These were some of the questions that Tieto asked us to assess in a survey conducted among Nordic business managers.
We solved the task by combining desk research, interviews, executive round table discussions and a survey among 500 Nordic company managers. We also conducted intensive discussions regarding different themes and interpretations together with our client.
The resulting report ’The Future of Business Transformation’, was used in communications with clients, toward specific markets, on seminars, in client meetings and on the Internet and in social media.
