Generation Z is the new young generation born between 1995 and 2005 that is taking over the world. After them comes Generation Alpha, born from 2010. By 2025, Generation Alpha will be the largest generation in human history - more than 2 billion. Who are they and how will they operate in the world?

  • Young people in the world of work. Young people's preferences around work, organization, career and leadership. Sample content:  
    • What really engages the generation that started the "quiet quitting" phenomenon and doesn't seem to care about making money? 
    • What is a good leader according to young people? 
  • The young citizen. Our database of young people's values and interests is extensive, and we can help you understand what they think about society and the future. Sample content:  
    • Young people have a declining belief in the robustness of democracy and the ability of politics to solve problems, and their political engagement is decreasing. What would make young people more engaged in politics and civil society? 
    • Young people are experiencing unprecedented levels of mental health problems. What are the possible causes, how does it affect their lives, and what can be done? 
  • Consumers of the future. Young people's values, preferences and behavioral patterns that shape how they consume today and in the future. Example content:  
    • Young people today buy clothes from fast-fashion companies and go on school strikes for the climate. How do they actually think and act as consumers? 
    • On which platforms and with which media do you reach a generation that lives with the pulse of the TikTok flow? 

This lecture is suitable for all companies and organizations that are interested in values, young people, or want to be generally future-oriented; as inspiration, discussion or as a basis for strategy work. After all, young people create the future.
