Course
Basic course in situational analysis for the Public sector
When it comes to business intelligence issues, the public sector often has a different starting point than the private sector. Firstly, there should be a clear boundary between politics and officials, which in turn characterizes the focus and purpose of how the world around us works. Secondly, many public representatives experience that the time horizons they work with are much longer than the ones that apply to other fast changing business areas.
We have therefore developed a course in business intelligence tailored to the conditions of those operating in the public sector. It includes methods for the analysis of big societal trends, analysis of how different players interact and collaborate, and to accordingly draw implications for their own organization.
Price: 14 000 SEK exkl. moms.
