Last year we saw an increase in the volume of travel in the Scandinavian market, both outbound and domestic. In total, 92 million trips were made - an increase of 27% compared to 2021. With the world once again open to travel, outbound travel increased by a whopping 87%!
While travel has not returned to pre-pandemic levels, the recovery is well underway and the big question now is how travel and travel behavior will evolve in the coming years.
The Kairos Travel Trend Report will provide insights to answer this question and many more, helping you to navigate and understand the Scandinavian market. Insights that can be used for marketing, communication, product and service development in the coming year.
The field period is planned for September 2023. Comparisons will be made with previous surveys that we have conducted on a regular basis since 2007. This gives us a unique opportunity to compare results - with previous dreams/values and actual behavior.
