The Future Management Program

The Future Management Program is the most extensive training component offered by Kairos Academy and is designed for anyone driving future efforts in their organization.

The course will provide you with skills in situational analysis, connection analysis, scenario planning, vision generation and goal formulation, strategy development and production of action plans. Over the duration of the course you will be given the opportunity to implement a complete future process in your own organization. This will give you the methodologies and work processes need to be implemented in real life while also giving your organization valuable help in planning its future.

The program spans 13 days over the academic year and goes through our entire TAIDA process, in depth, for you to be able to manage the entire futures analysis work yourself.
