Right now we are all experiencing some of the most dramatic weeks in world history. Never before has the entire world literally held its breath in a single drama with an uncertain outcome.

Regardless of outcome, the events of the past few weeks will have a dramatic effect on individuals, businesses, and organizations in the short, medium, and long term. To ride out the storm we need leaders now who will not panic and react blindly, but who will swiftly and systematically work through alternative scenarios, potential consequences, and opportunities. Times of great and dramatic change do not only pose threats; they are also filled with opportunities.
