The future of leadership

A project-based working life characterized by agility with quick, mobile work in small groups brings quite different demands on leaders and leadership than former times where a line organization with executives pointing with the whole hand was the rule. At the same time, we see a marked difference between different generations when it comes to their willingness to assume a role as manager and leader. Younger generations require value-driven organizations, and they should have the ability to navigate in a constantly moving landscape populated by elderly people with different preferences. How does really leadership look like from a future working perspective?
