A home for everyone

A home for everyone

– On good neighbors and gentri-alienation

The housing shortage is acute. Alarm bells are ringing for housing bubbles as well for the increasing gentrification. Filter bubbles are not just digital - people seek likeminded persons as neighbors. The political demands for massive residential construction is reminiscent of a new Million Project but with the difference that now a CITY will seriously be built. "Tightly, green and diverse" is the urban mantra of today. Will we cope with this? Will the increasing social disparities cause explosion and implosion?
