Terms and conditions of use
By signing up for the Futuretrackers community, you accept the following Terms and conditions:
Electronic communication
You consent to receive communications from Kairos Future Group AB electronically. We will contact you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website (www.kairosfuture.com). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we send to you electronically are equivalent to ink writing, in cases when that is legally required.
How you are allowed to use the information we provide you with through summaries of results from surveys.
You are very welcome to use the summaries of results of surveys you have participated in, that we will provide you with, as long as you give a reference to the source, i.e. Kairos Future Group AB.
However, your Futuretrackers community membership does not grant permission to sell or rent the information we provide you with, or use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of Kairos Future Group AB, in any other way than what is required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the information.
Copyright
All content that we send to you and content found on the sites governed by Kairos Future Group AB (among others www.kairosfuture.com), such as text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Kairos Future Group AB or its content suppliers and protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
Accuracy of information
As a Futuretrackers community member you may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise give misleading information about your identity. You also accept responsibility for your answers to our surveys. Kairos Future Group AB and its affiliates reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Tell-A-Friend
Users can choose to use our referral service for informing a friend about our sites and services. We do not store the information given in the referral in any way.
No Warranty
We provide our website and services ”as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
Liability Limit
In no event shall Kairos Future Group AB be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, business, revenues, goodwill or anticipated saving arising in connection with our sites or our services.
Updates of the privacy policy or the Terms and Conditions
New circumstances may require modifications of our Privacy policy or the Terms and Conditions, therefore they may be changed as the community progresses. You agree to the responsibility of controlling the policy regularly to verify if there are any updates, and, if there are, to comply with them.
Do you need to make updates of your contact information?

Do you wish to leave our community? Please click here to send us an e-mail, we would appreciate if you could also let us know the reason why you wish to leave the community, in order for us to be able to improve our services.
Disputes and applicable law
By joining the community you agree that Swedish law will apply to our communications and that for any dispute relating to our Futuretrackers community an attempt shall first be made to mediate any disputes. If no mediated agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be determined with finality according to the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
