Tomorrow’s Successful Leaders
Managers in Sweden, France and USA are strongly committed to their work; they consider themselves solution orientated with a strong capability to work hard. The American managers distinguish themselves by being structured and self-disciplined. The French consider themselves sensitive to criticism and like to be the center of attention, while Swedish managers see themselves as rather relaxed and like to cooperate. These are the results from Kairos Future’s study Tomorrow's Successful Leaders that has been conducted amongst 5000 Swedish managers, as well as in the US, France, and recently in Spain.
The results were presented in Stockholm at the Great Leadership Day arranged by the City of Stockholm. The event gathered some 1000 managers and leaders from all parts of Stockholm City at the Stockholm Globe Arena. Read more about the Great Leadership Day here!
In addition, the results have been presented in the US and France, and will be presented in Barcelona on the 8th of April.

Trust in your immediate supervisor turns out to be crucial, both in order to like your workplace and in order to perform well and stay at the company!
