What is the shape of the new emerging global economy that transforms not only nations and regions, but also corporations and individuals? Is this new era flat or spikey? From our research and experience, from as disparate activities as regional development, corporate strategy, innovation and employer branding, we can see a new pattern emerge, neither flat, nor spikey, but rather a shape very similar to the letter T. T as in thinking. T as in the combination of focus and concentration and connectivity and openness.
