Working methods

The TAIDA-process is the core of our work. TAIDA stands for Tracking, Analyzing, Imaging, Deciding and Acting and functions as a framework for futures oriented strategy and business development. For each step in the working process we use a variety of highly recognized methods for data collection, analysis, generating ideas and evaluation. In addition, we help companies integrate this working method in their business planning through TRIM - processes  (TRend and Innovation Management).

A futures-, client- or competitor analysis, or an analysis of an organization, is usually the start of longer assignments that lead to deeper futures analysis, vision- and innovation- or strategy projects.

In our consumer, lifestyle and worklife analysis we use a mixture of qualitative methods, such as ethnography, netography, focus groups and in depth interviews, in combination with questionnaires where the ambition is to take the analysis one step further. Expert interviews, literature and desk research are other methods that we use in order to search information and continuously update our trend bank.
