Terms and Conditions: Course on Scenario Planning
Registration – If you wish to participate in the course Scenario Planning, please register at the latest by the 5th of May 2008 either at www.kairosfuture.com/en/scenarioplanning or by requesting a registration form, tel: +46–(0)8–545 22500 or email: scenarioplanningregistration
(scenarioplanning-at-kairosfuture.com). Please ensure that the
participant’s full name, contact information and invoice address are
included. A confirmation will be sent immediately after your
registration.
Registration is binding. If you have paid
the course fee, but you are unable to attend, you are welcome to let a
colleague replace you. Reimbursement is also possible in case of
cancellation, provided that you let us know in writing at least 3 weeks
before the start of the course that you are unable to attend. In case
of cancellation later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, 50
percent of the course fee can be reimbursed. For cancellation later
than 3 weeks before the start of the course there is no refund.
Prices and invoicing.
The course fee is €2100 per person excl. of VAT, room and board. The
fee includes tuition, program materials, lunch, and refreshments. The
fee does not include travel, accommodation or dinner. Payment is due 20
days after reception of invoice, which is sent upon registration.
Documentation.
Kairos Future is the owner of material, methods and models
(documentation) used in this course. Participants have the right to use
the documentation within its own organization. The material is
copyright-protected, implying that reference to the source must be made
if excerpts of the material are used.
Cancellation.
Kairos Future reserves the right to cancel the course due to
insufficient number of registrations up to 3 weeks before the start of
the course. If for any reason, Kairos Future decides to cancel this
course, the full course fee will of course be reimbursed . However,
Kairos Future does not accept responsibility for covering airfare,
hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants.
