Stockholm Leadership Day

On the 5th of March, the City of Stockholm carried through a big leadership day in the Stockholm Globe arena. 1000 managers from different parts of the city participated. During the day lectures were held, as well as a workshop around leadership issues. Kairos Future presented the Stockholm City results of the study ”Tomorrow’s Successful Leaders”. The managers in the city distinguishes themselves by being incredibly committed to what they do, and they work in an organization that is clear and characterized by cooperation.

In groups of 6 the participants got to discuss some important issues and conclusions from the study. Three important areas were identified as important to keep working with and develop in The City of Stockholm. Theses areas were Time management, Cooperation & Feedback and Commitment & Passion.

The discussions were carried through in different group constellations, which meant the participants got to share experiences with many different people – often ones they hadn’t met before. This resulted in new contacts and insight and understanding.

Then what?

The City of Stockholm will continue working with the results from the Leadership day. During the year different types of changes will be carried through so that the managers in the city will achieve even more.
