Kairos Future Group AB is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors to our websites. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our users’ right to privacy to guide our relationships with our users. By signing up for the Futuretrackers community, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy, of how we collect, use and store the information that you provide, and you agree that you are signing up for the Futuretrackers community of your free will.
How we use the information about you
We only store information that you yourself have provided us with. We use the information you have provided us with in order to send appropriate surveys to you and, consequently, you will receive information that should be of use to you in your daily work.
The information we collect from you when you sign up will be used to
- Make selections for focused service, so that we only send you surveys that are relevant to your profile.
- Send you summaries of the reports to which you have contributed by participating in surveys.
- Contact you for collaboration in other relevant projects, that you agree to separately.
- Send you other information that we believe will be of relevance to you.
- We will not have other companies sending advertisements to you, nor will we sell or rent your contact information to others.
- Your replies to our surveys will be anonymous.
- If you choose to provide us with your phone number, you may be contacted for an interview/question.
We do not share information about community participants with third parties without your consent (and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information), with the following exceptions:
- If we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example analyzing data etc. they have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
- If Kairos Future Group AB, or a part of the company, merges with, or is sold to, a third party, the Futuretrackers community personal data may be shared with, or transferred, to a third party in order for them to be able to continue to operate the site.
- We will also disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law.
Cookies
We use cookies to make our communication more efficient. Hence, in order to be able to recognize when you have sent us a completed survey form, so that we don’t send it to you again when you have already answered, and for the system to remember when you have logged in, otherwise a new log in-sign will appear on every webpage that needs login information. However, we do not save or store the information permanently.

Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect our users’ personal information from unauthorized access or modification. However, we will not be responsible for the potential security breach that may result from a criminal act, or any other event beyond our control.
How we use the information you provide us with by your participation in our surveys
The answers you give in surveys will be coordinated with the data we have about you in order to be able to analyze the data and draw conclusions in relation to country of birth, continents, age, gender etc. However, your identity will not be revealed in the process. We will use the anonymous data and conclusions in our products and services such as reports, lectures etc.
