The program "Scenario planning - the link between future and strategy" gives you an opportunity to learn concrete methods in exploring the future and developing new strategies, based on insights from the future. The program will shift between practical tools and theories of future-based models and trend development. We learn how to identify the most crucial trends, shape scenarios and develop winning strategies.
The course Scenario Planning is based on Kairos Future's model TAIDA, a model for business environmental scanning, future planning and strategic thinking.
The program is aimed at managers, strategists, business developers,etc. that have a need for better tools to shape and deal with the futures of their companies or organizations.
