How is our currently changing society affecting management styles?
Obviously, the values of society are directly affecting management styles. Today depends on how people can adapt themselves as individuals to the lifestyle in general society has. This is more a question of how people can make right decisions in order to find out some kind of balance and manage themselves that suits the environment they have to live in, or have decided to live in. While previously, people were in a big melting pot where making any decisions were not as tough as today.
How do you define “leadership”?
Leadership is making things happen for others – through a vision and true compromise. This can only be achieved when people have the ability to show what their vision is, whether it is worthwhile trusting the person and worthwhile trusting to follow him.
