Our role is to help our clients get a systematic approach to futures analysis and enhance weak parts of the process. To do this we use the following tools:

• A roadmap. An overview of important trends and uncertainties that will have an effect on the company or a function in the coming years.
• Travel directions. A summary of vision, central ideas, measures and strategies and strategic moves to deal with changes and navigate accurately.
• Action – execution of, and regular revision of, the roadmap, travel directions and work models, as the future unveils and planned measures have been taken.
