Sofia Johnsson

Consultant, Future Strategist

Sofia works as a Consultant and Future Strategist for Kairos Future International. Her focus areas are workrelated issues, gender issues and youth values. Sofia works as project leader for Manpower Work Life – Manpower's yearly survey on work related attitudes among Swedes. Sofia also is responsible for international marketing and coordinates international networks, conferences and projects. She is, among other things, involved in the project Global Youth and regularly gives lectures on youth values, work related values and career ambitions among young women.

Sofia has previously worked with Women’s human rights issues for UNIFEM, regional office for Central- and Eastern Europe, in the Slovak Republic and on the ”field” for the International Organization for Migration in Vietnam, where she was involved in a counter-trafficking initiative. 

Sofia has a Master’s degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and has studied additional courses in Gender Studies and International Relations.
