Robots, employees and leadership in the automated office

Office work during the 2000s undergoes a similar revolutionary transformation to the one that manufacturing did in the 1900s. Big data, new analysis systems and robots take over the functions and tasks that previously required human workforce. In line with this our workplaces change radically. We no longer have a fixed place but are expected to work in new places and collaborate with colleagues we did not know existed. What does this mean for job satisfaction, productivity, creativity and leadership? Will we be ruled by robots or will we steer them in the future?
